Join us for guided meditations, the meditation session itself will last about an hour with time just before and after for questions or discussions if needed. Meditation is gentle, relaxing practice to help reduce stress, pain and feel better, no special skills, yoga positions or equipment required. Come as you are and renew and refresh your body mind.
